Zach Howard- By next Thursday- Shoot all yearbook staff members for back page. Edit, upload and place

New Reports will be assigned on Monday.  We will brainstorm some ideas today.

Ashley Harris- Today we will be burning 4 copies of the Seniors folder

NHS Blood Drive article done today- sent to DeLaney for edits.

DeLaney-  You and I can check off which stories are done and place them on the correct page.


Cory and Chaz- You will get a list of photos to shoot. Some will be a challenge to catch.

Kyle- Finish Jesse story

Gunnar- Spanish Data worked up... please?

Monday!!!!

ATTENTION!

Monday we will read our stories in front of the class.

In order to get your project POLISHED, print it off today and share it with TWO people in the class.

Even the best rough draft can use a smoothing out.  That's why its called a ROUGH DRAFT and not a SMOOTH DRAFT.

Make these corrections on your DOC and be prepared on MONDAY to read the story in front of the class.

Last Work Day

Today is going to be our last work day for a while.  Starting tomorrow we will be working on effective interviewing and reporting.

There are a few big things we will need to do today-

Ashley and Amy- Make sure all the Senior Photos are in the folder and we will burn 2 files for graduation
Then we have to get the baby photos named and uploaded


Mac- We are going to make a flyer for Yearbook Final Sales and change the board to say 30 more days... start a countdown.

Everyone else- finalize your pages.  TICK TICK TICK!

Staff-

We have one baby photo to scan.   Then we need to finish our organization of the senior photos.

Also, we need to scan the Jazz Band photo.

Everyone else should finish up their projects from this week.

Work Day

Everyone will work on their projects today.


Zach- Cut-outs for Michael.  Any other digital images needs.

Mac- New Flyer designed and hung today.  TIME IS RUNNING OUT.  ORDER YEARBOOKS ONLINE OR BY PHONE.

AMY and ASHLEY- Photos in the pre-school.  Cameras back on my desk at the end of class.

EVERYONE ELSE- make progress on academic pages.

3rd Quarter Exams Part 3

Each of you has a page that has been assigned to you.  For part 3 of your quarter exam you will do the following:

Step 1-  Open Yearbook Avenue

Step 2- Print your page as it stands now.  It should still be a 'work in progress'.   

Step 3- Compose an email stating the following

1. Access your progress.  What do you like about what you've done so far.
2. What is lacking?  What can you improve?
3. Explain your plan for finishing the page.  Give yourself a deadline for when the page can be completed and sent to the editors for revisions.
4. Give yourself a letter grade for your work on this spread this quarter.
